Pivatic's latest bending machine, the PivaBend XXL Multitool Panel Bender, is capable of bending panels up to 19.6' long.  Based on the transfer line concept, the XXL Multitool Panel Bender bending system can produce bends per each side of the part simultaneously so that the overall bending time is significantly reduced.

The Multitool console provides the ability to use multiple bending tools within a single setup thereby increasing the ability to bend complex shapes.

Various automation options can be chosen to further increase productivity.

PivaPunch punching machines utilize direct material flow to maximize efficiency and offer a variety of options to form the best possible solution for your production. They are best suited for product families and symmetrical parts of batch sizes from one to several thousand. A single batch can be produced in as little as a couple hours.

Pivatic studies your products thoroughly and combines optimal punching technologies to achieve the best output with the necessary flexibility. Punching raw or slitted coils has been the cornerstone of PivaPunch for decades. Maximize your material efficiency and production by punching from a continuous coil. Sheet punching utilizes the same punching technology as coil punching, but is ideal for smaller batches of different material types.

PivaBend bending machines are equipped for profile, panel or casing-type parts. They are best suited for product families that require fast cycle times. The parts are pre-programmed and tested for the Factory Acceptance Tests.

The bending lines and the bender have a material-friendly part flow, making them ideal for delicate materials like pre-painted steel or aluminium. A typical bending line has a wing-former for each side of the part. Utilizing this technology in a continuous process results in low cycle times.

PivaBend MPB machine excel where exceptionally complicated profiles or thicker materials are used. The bender can be utilized as a stand-alone machine or in a bending line depending on your production needs.
