Fulcrum’s new Customer Portal gives manufacturers an effortless way to provide crucial information to their customers. Live data from production management flows to the Portal, so customers can always access up-to-date information.
By logging in, customers can view their order statuses, relevant dates, and line item details. Organized and filterable grids make it easy to find the information they’re looking for. This means that the most frequently asked questions can be addressed without extra phone calls or emails.
Fulcrum users can control the types of access they offer to their customers, and grant permission to individual orders and invoices separately. The Administrator View allows Fulcrum users to see exactly what their customers can see, to ensure that only the information they have selected is visible.
Looking ahead, the Customer Portal creates a network of manufacturers. It may be expanded beyond view-only access, giving customers the ability to request quotes or share drawings.
