EBway LLC , located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is exhibiting GRIPflow Metal Stampings which is an economical alternative to fineblanking and has the ability to eliminate many secondary machining operations.
GRIPflow has been able to get rid of drilling, reaming, countersinking, counterboring, broaching, shaving, milling, and straightening operations which are a cost burden to traditional stamping companies and their customers.
We are able to pierce small holes (down to 35% of mat. thickness has been achieved) and make small web-sections from a hole to the outside part contour (as small as 30% of mat. thickness has been achieved).
Typical GRIPflow stampings are characterized by smooth, straight-cut-edges (fully sheared) and consistent high accuracies (tolerances to 0.0005” and flatness to 0.001” per linear inch may be possible) allowing parts to be made to print tolerances out of the die.
