Our Capacitor Discharge machine, The Grizzly, will weld a full 5/16" Threaded Stud and at a weight of only 24lbs, is one of the most portable welders at this capacitance, Our Grizzly Max machine is also available and capable of welding 3/8" Diameter Weld Studs. These machines will weld Stainless, Aluminum and Plain studs.
With Arc Machines that are built at 600A, 800A, 1200A and 2000A we have an ARC Machine for every situation. Our 1200A and 2000A machines are capable of handling 4 guns all welding different studs at virtually the same time, while our lightweight 600A machine is an easy solution for welding 3/8" Arc Studs with gas or traditional ceramic ferrules.
