The 3 ADM is an advanced three-spindle, 10-axis CNC beam drill line, innovatively designed to process materials up to 20 inches (500mm) in length without the need for repositioning. This allows for the independent control of each spindle, significantly enhancing flexibility and efficiency in operation. Unlike conventional drill lines, the 3 ADM excels in performing multiple operations concurrently—including drilling, marking, tapping, and milling—on various sections of a beam. This is facilitated by the independent movement of each spindle along three axes, making it possible to execute different tasks simultaneously on separate parts of the workpiece.

Carbide Drilling
The advanced drilling unit integrated into the 3 ADM with three high speed 22kW spindle motors offers an exceptional solution for rapid carbide drilling. The versatility of carbide drill bits is displayed by the broadest range of diameters available, catering to end-users who desire an extended tool lifespan across a variety of materials. The ability of the 3 ADM to meet this need not only boosts efficiency, but also promotes durability in various drilling situations.
Marking
The marking unit provides the possibility of marking material on 4 surfaces at the same time, with the results remaining clear even after painting or blasting processes.
ATC - Automatic Tool Changer
The 3 ADM comes with three automatic tool changers; one for each spindle, each containing six tool stations (3X6). The tool automatic tool changer allows for rapid, automatic tool changes, eliminating the need for human intervention and reducing the machine’s idle time.
Bendsaw Integraton
The 3 ADM features built-in band saw technology, enabling automated cutting of materials at various anİgles with great accuracy. It can perform cuts at specific lengths and make miter cuts ranging from -45° to +60° degrees.
Automatic Tool and Material Measurement
Material length, width and height are measured automatically by independent measurement systems provided on the machine. An operator sets the material type with dimensions in the program so that the software determines as to how many points the measurement of material height will be performed.
Material Clamping
The 3 ADM is equipped with a sophisticated plate-fixing feature, utilizing dual adjustable hydraulic jaws for clamping. These jaws offer lateral adjustment capabilities to accommodate varying plate sizes, ensuring a secure fit at all 16 points.
Feeding Arm
The feeding arm is designed to accurately position profiles by using an advanced gear system with high accuracy. This enables more efficient processing with minimal material wastage compared to traditional roller systems.
Transfer Tables
Transfer tables are integrated into the infeed and outfeed systems to ensure that materials are carried to the conveyors to remove the processed material from the working area safely. This eliminates the need for crane operations and enhances the work-flow safety and continuity of production.
4th Side Layout Marking
Engraving us to bottom surfaces of a beam is possible with our tool, resulting in clear, long-lasting markings that can withstand paint or blasting treatments. This allows you to mark on all 4 sides of a beam.
Software
The 3 ADM incorporates Siemens Sinumerik or Mitsubishi for CNC, depending on choice, and also Lantek Flex3d SteelWork for software, offering a comprehensive suite of technologies to optimize manufacturing operations. Lantek Flex3d SteelWork extends the functionality with its intuitive 3D design for profile drilling machines, supporting efficient programming and simulation of operations to minimize errors and improve productivity.
