    Skills Boss Logistics

    Amatrol's Skill Boss Logistics (95-MSB3) offers a performance-based assessment for evaluating material handling skill levels and competencies of supply chain automation technicians. The Skill Boss Logistics is a working automated distribution system that performs operations, such as package tracking, automatic package queuing and priority release, electro-pneumatic sorting, and more. In addition to industrial-relevant training, the Skill Boss Logistics is the required assessment device for three of MSSC’s Certified Technician – Supply Chain Automation (CT-SCA) certifications:

    Amatrol Industrial Workplace Safety Training

    Amatrol’s Workplace Safety training courses explain the basic principles necessary to keep work environments as accident-free as possible. Learners will study the common causes of workplace accidents and the role of OSHA and other agencies regulating safety before moving to personal safety actions and awareness, such as Personal Protective Equipment, Hazardous Communication, Lockout / Tagout, and Accident Response.

    Amatrol’s Safety eLearning library covers a range of industrial workplace safety training methods, beginning with basic safety practices and regulations. These courses can be offered to learners on an as-needed basis, and also covers valuable skills to keep workers protected and aware of what to do in case something goes wrong at the workplace.

    DAC Worldwide LOTO Training System

    DAC's Lock-Out/Tag-Out Training System features a wide variety of common, industrial-quality components to provide a realistic training experience that will build skills that translate easily to the workplace. For example, the components include: 2 PVC process tanks with removable covers, vents, drains, and process connections; PVC process network with block valves, 3-way valves, figure-8 blinds, and descriptive valve tags; fractional HP magnetic drive centrifugal pump; drain collection and distribution tubing network with valved central collection manifold; electrical controls, with provision for lock-out, including primary service disconnect, motor starter switch, in-line GFI protector, and system plug connection; and a comprehensive lock-out/tag-out tool kit with color-coded locks, tags, multi-lock hasps, specialty electrical locking devices, valve locking devices of multiple designs, and a dedicated toolbox.

    The Lock-Out/Tag-Out Training System’s courseware consists of a “Safety First” IPT Training Manual with a chapter on lock-out/tag-out, as well as hands-on exercises. These can be used as part of either an instructor-led course or self-directed study.
