NSK America Corporation. offers Electic and Pneumatically driven Ultra Precision High Speed Spindle Systems up to 160,000 RPM that can be retrofitted into your existing Machining Centers, Turning Centers, Swiss Style Machines as well as Robots and Special Application Machines. All NSK Spindles have an accuracy of <1 micron. Our control units include the ability to be interfaced to your machines control. Our new i-Speed5 Series is an Electrically Driven, Fully Tool-Changeable, 60K or 80K RPM System. NSK America also offers a complete line of modular micro-grinders and polishing equipment with speeds up to 320,000 RPM as well as Ultra Sonic Polishers and Cutters.
