The SynchroFlex II for rigid tapping provides a 100% plus improvement over traditional rigid CNC tapping cycles, with a precisely machined flexure that provides axial and radial compensation. Unlike competitors that employ elastomer rings to provide a small amount of axial compensation, the SynchroFlex II flexure has a consistent force vs. deflection rate resulting in the longest possible tap life, and higher quality threads.  Six sizes are available to cover a tap range of M1 to M48.

Tapmatic also offers a complete program of tools for CNC marking or in machine marking. The Tapmatic TapWriter for dot peen marking, and the ScribeWriter for scribing the work piece, both allow you to draw text, logos, part numbers, or data codes, while the part is still on the CNC machine. Tapmatic's Marking Head is a stamping tool for stamping marks on your work piece with standard type or custom made stamps. All of these tools eliminate the need for secondary marking operations.
