    HIGH ACCURACY RESOLUTION

    Identifying parts has become a time-consuming, labor-intensive task. VISION uses machine learning algorithms to identify parts based on their unique geometry. Each part is recognized in 0.2 seconds, and every 5 seconds, a part rolls off the conveyer belt. By connecting our LOGIC software to your ERP or MES software, printing paper to track and trace your parts throughout production is history. Workflow information of each part is displayed on the LOGIC interface and is automatically sent to your ERP or MES system.

    The AM-VISION is the initial step in realizing a full lights-out post-production factory. Once the part is identified, you can decide where the part needs to go next. You control the workflow and where parts are going, through each menu for each part and ultimately to the DC for shipping.

    In combination with the AM-VISION, AM-SORT forms a complete 3D printing sorting station. The design is modular, easily expandable, and pre-wired. Items are discharged to either side of the conveyor at right-angles, enabling optimal use of sortation space. Depending on the amount of finishing steps you have in your factory, you define the amount of sorting docks. Selection of the bin is easy via the console.

    You can adjust each end of the AM-SORT to attach to other modules like automated guided vehicles, the AM-ROUTE solution, or bagging and labelling units, AM-BAGGING.     Customise your bags with high resolution graphics, text and bar codes, eliminating the need for a separate labeling solution. Customise the bag labels to the liking of your clients. The print instructions are provided through your ERP / MES system.

    Fast and accurate bagging leads to satisfied customers
    Operating at speeds up to 25 bags per minute the system to ensure speed & efficiency and eliminates product queuing in order fulfillment. After BAGGING, parts are ready to ship to customers.
