Incus GmbH is an engineering company based in Vienna, Austria – an up-and-coming European additive manufacturing hub – offering a new approach to lithography-based metal additive manufacturing. Incus is taking the printing of metal materials to the next level with a new process offering excellent surface aesthetics for complex structures combined with cost-efficiency, reproducibility and manufacturing speed. Based on the concept of photopolymerization, the Incus Hammer machine series and technology enable new possibilities in the 3D printing of metal components across a wide range of applications.

  • Hammer Lab35
Metal 3D printing solution Hammer Lab35...

  • The novel metal 3D printer Hammer Lab35 produced by Incus GmbH, an Austrian provider for innovative lithography-based solutions for AM, gives the manufacturer superior feature resolution, surface aesthetics and mechanical properties for part sizes <200 g, a combination achieved for the first time in metal AM. It can be integrated into existing metal injection molding (MIM) production lines or R&D departments since the same post processing equipment can be used. Hammer Lab35 is most applicable for the manufacturing of functional prototypes and pre-series manufacturing, as well as for the production of smaller lot sizes (< 5000).
