About One Click Metal

 

Founded in 2019, One Click Metal GmbH is a young industrial B2B based in Tamm near Stuttgart, Germany. We believe that technologies can be made understandable and accessible for everyone. That is why we simplify our product solutions so that anyone can use them successfully. With our metal 3D printing system, we primarily serve small and medium-sized enterprises and thus ensure that metal 3D printing technologies become accessible to the public. We are working on this with around 20 employees and a lot of motivation.

    • The metal 3d printer MPRINT allows great productivity and precision with the 200W fiber laser. The cartridge system enables both safe and clean powder handling while minimizing direct powder contact for the user.

    With a build volume of 150mm x 150mm x 150mm, the MPRINT has the largest construction area in its performance range and is therefore very flexible. The focus diameter of 70µm and Galvo scanner, opens a wide field of applications to the user.

    One machine, two functions: with the MPUREpro, the unpacking of a component and the sieving of processed powder are combined in one machine. This means time and cost savings for the user....

    • One machine, two functions: with the MPUREpro, the unpacking of a component and the sieving of processed powder are combined in one machine. The integrated ultrasonic sieve recycles processed powder. After a full overflow cartridge and an empty supply cartridge are inserted into the holders, the sieving runs autonomously and independently of the user. Unpacking a component with the MPUREpro is safe and easy thanks to the closed chamber door as well as the gloves. The integrated connection for an ATEX vacuum cleaner further simplifies unpacking.

    Due to the flexible extension with the Lab module, the possibilities in the application for the LPBF technology grow. As its perfectly compatible with the MPRINT, the Lab module can be installed quickly and easily and further and different powder materials can be used without time-consuming material changes of the complete system.

    The Heating Module allows to preheat the build plate. This reduces the temperature gradient and thus also residual tensile and compressive stresses....

Lower temperature gradients due to the flexible preheating will improve the quality of certain components. The Heating Module has a perfect compatibility with the MPRINT which means that it can be installed quickly and easily. The heating temperature goes up to 200°C.
