Ipsen DS vacuum furnaces are engineered for the additive manufacturing market, specifically for the debinding and sintering process. Our range of furnace models accommodates various part sizes in small or large batches. DS furnaces reduce the steps needed to debind and sinter metal AM parts and do not require the use of harsh chemicals to attain clean results. Ipsen recently introduced the model DS1, our smallest debinding and sintering furnace, with a work zone size of 12” x 12” x 24” (305 mm x 305 mm x 610 mm), 400 lb (182 kg) weight capacity, 2552 °F (1400 °C) maximum operating temperature, and quench pressure of 2 bar.
