This innovative program redefines the way Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) approach 3D printing filament development for their specific applications.

    3DXTECH collaborates closely with OEMs, working hand in hand with their engineering teams to discern precise material requirements. Through meticulous analysis and expert consultation, we identify the optimal material properties needed to achieve superior results in 3D printing. At this point the program can take two paths to its destination:

    1. 3DXTECH will supply your team with this custom filament to be utilized on your existing FFF 3D Printer(s).
    2. The 3DXTECH will supply your team with an HT2 Ultra-Polymer 3D printer with a profile for your novel material pre-loaded into the on the Gearbox HT2 to begin production of parts immediately.

    What sets ‘Pellet to Part’ apart is the comprehensive journey it offers. We take these requirements and embark on a journey of material formulation and extrusion.   • The Gearbox HT2 was created by people who understand both 3D printing and 3D filament. The HT2 was designed to print large scale, fast, and accurately all at once, without the ridiculous price tag of closed-source systems. Designed to print high-temp materials including PEEK and Ultem™ as well as our extensive line of Carbon Fiber, ESD-Safe, and Flame Retardant materials. While you will have the entire 3DXTECH™ material library at your disposal we will never require you to use our materials. Creating quality 3D prints is our only priority.

    Our filament maintainer utilizes state-of-the-art drying technology that ensures your filament stays dry and ready to print. Holds up to 50kg of filament on two storage racks - accommodates 0.5kg through 10kg reel sizes. Filament can be fed directly from FM1 to your printer through ports designed for easy access. Automatic drying system works to keep chamber air at -40°C dewpoint to ensure a dry storage environment with programmable alarm to alert at specified high/low humidity levels.

    • Modular shelving which can hold five 4 kg reels
    • Five ports out of which to feed filament directly into up to five printers
    • Digital display of temperature and relative humidity

    Large Reel Spool Rack Upgrade

    The FM1 Spool Racks allow customers to print large-scale parts without the need for material changeovers. Able to hold one 500 cubic inch reel or two-184 cubic inch reels, the Spool Rack removes the need for manually loading additional reels during a critical print and ensures that even the largest material reels are kept dry during use.
