  • JuggerBot 3D Material Card (Airtech Dahltram I-350
The Dahltram I-350CF Material Card allows Tradesman Series™ P3-44 users to leverage vital material and process data to streamline production with this PEI-based material, boasting high thermal properties and low CTE....

  • Several considerations need to be accounted for in the production process. Is the material dry enough? Does the print have a consistent flow rate? Is the part going to be strong enough for my spec? This is not a clean process in a production environment.

The JuggerBot 3D Material Card addresses these issues through four (4) key technologies to streamline the production workflow:

    (1) Material Testing & Assessment

Procedure to determine processability for new materials and print parameter ranges, not limited to extruder settings, moisture analysis, layer time identification, and environmental conditions.

    (2) Bead Characterization System

Collects critical data points that characterize the extrusion path. The sophisticated calibration process stabilizes the bead geometry. This technology is a reliable asset to acquire model parameters and enable data-driven processing.

    (3) Bead Area Mode

Designate the desired bead width and layer height, and the remainder of the parameters are set based on the BCS data. The entire tool path is built based on the desired geometry of the bead.

    (4) Material Database

Record historical data on a project-to-project basis.

  • Tradesman Series™ Tool Setter & Wipe Station
Fully automated calibration procedures are now possible thanks to the Tool Setter, ensuring safety, consistency, and efficiency. The Wipe Station enables hands-free removal of unwanted material before beginning a print, or between layers....
