The Quick Vision Active Vision Measuring System combines the flexibility of multiple high-quality interchangeable zoom lenses with a high-resolution, high-speed CMOS camera for accurate 3D touchless measurements. Its edge detection capability and functions of the measurement software, QVPAK, enables the Quick Vision Active to surpass the conventional image of a standard compact vision measurement model.

The Surftest SJ-410 surface roughness measuring instrument provides both skidded and skidless measurements. The SJ-410 surface roughness measuring instrument is equipped with 46 roughness parameters that conform to the latest ISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS standards. The unit’s high-resolution detector and drive unit provide a wide range of highly accurate measurements and ultra-fine steps. Using the unit’s skidless measurement and curved compensation functions, straightness, waviness and evaluation of cylinder surface roughness can be easily measured and evaluated.

The Mitutoyo PJ-Plus profile projector series provides highly accurate, stable dimension and angle measurements in harsh processing lines and other manufacturing environments. The PJ-Plus implements LED illumination, a brand-new feature and design on profile projectors, replacing traditional halogen lighting. The new LED illumination source offers better durability and longer service life, prevents rate of decline in illumination by about 50%, and eliminates the need for a cooling fan in the main unit, drastically decreasing the entry of oil, mist, dust, etc. into the measuring instrument.

Designed for use on any size shop floor, the MiSTAR delivers the toughest shop floor operating condition capabilities with the widest temperature accuracy guarantee along with best-in-class drive speed and acceleration without sacrificing accuracy. The MiSTAR features a single support moving bridge and a storage cabinet for all machine controllers under the measuring table to save installation space. This has reduced the footprint to about 70% compared with that of the conventional moving bridge model.
