VIGA, EIGA and EIGAPremium inert gas atomization furnaces provide spherical shape, high cleanliness, rapid solidification and homogenous microstructure. SyncroTherm provides complete and total integration of heat treatment into the manufacturing work center therefore allowing a continuous “One-Piece Flow”. VIM, cold wall induction and plasma cold hearth refining systems produce ingot and bar feedstock from master melts and revert powder.
