The highly sensitive NDIR and thermal conductivity detectors reliably detect element concentrations for low ppm content to high percentages. 

    The innovative sample port system with pulsed chamber rinsing and vertical sample drop allow for user-friendly and comfortable analysis of rod-shaped, granular or pwodery samples with a weight of up to 2 grams

  • The GPCMA modified atmosphere chamber furnaces are equipped with a metallic retort to provide a heated volume with a controlled atmosphere. They are floor-standing models with a smooth action hinged door arrangement.

    Available with a range of maximum temperature from 1000 °C to 1150 °C dependent on the selected retort material. Retort working volumes range from 37 to 245 litres.

    Oxygen levels can be reduced to 30 ppm depending on the application. Perfect for stress relieving additive manufactured components particularly those produced via DMLS. This range of furnaces can be optionally specified for compliance to AMS2750F Nadcap class 1 for aerospace applications.

  • Based on the principle of Dynamic Image Analysis (DIA), the Camsizer X2 provides precise particle size and hape information of powders, granules and suspensions in a measuring range of 0.8 µm to 8 mm. 

    The Camsizer X2 produces a particle flow which is characterized by an optical system with high resolution. An ultrabright LED stroboscopic light sources and two high-resolution digial cameras achieve a frame rate of more than 300 images per second which are evaluated in real time by a powerful software. Thus, the Camsizer X2 captures the images of hundreds of thousands to several millions of particles with highest accuracy within only 1 to 3 minutes.
