ABD®-900AM is a high temperature /high strength nickel-based superalloy powder designed for AM and temperatures up to 900°C (1650°F) for complex components within the Aerospace, Power and Motorsport industries. Compared to alloy 718, ABD®-900AM not only offers a higher operating temperature but also significant long-term stability. The alloy has excellent creep strength – similar to alloy 939 and alloy 738 – while having superior resistance to cracking during LPBF processing and heat treatment, enabling complex part design. The ABD®-900AM powder alloy has been developed and patented by Alloyed and is supplied by Aubert & Duval

ABD®-1000AM is an innovative high temperature nickel-based superalloy powder with high creep strength and designed for AM for complex components for industries such as Aerospace, Defence, Power generation or Motorsport. The alloy can be used at temperatures up to 1000°C (1830°F) and offers an excellent creep strength and a superior corrosion resistance, both similar to 247 cast alloy – while having superior resistance to cracking during LPBF processing and heat treatment, enabling complex part design. The ABD®-1000AM powder alloy has been developed and patented by Alloyed using the ABD® Alloy By Design platform .
