    Additionally, using recycled carbon-fiber reinforcement reduces the carbon footprint of the material by half, compared to a material using a standard carbon fiber.*

  • Description

    This multi-purpose material is developed to be easy and stable processable on any SLS machine. Printed parts show excellent surface quality and level of detail. The material provides a large rebound, enhanced stiffness, and has a low printed part density ideal for lightweight applications. The chemistry of this material leads to very good UV and hydrolysis resistance. Typical applications to use the material are in the consumer industry for performance footwear and sports goods, in the healthcare industry for O&P, and in industrial applications for tools and grippers. Smoothing, dyeing, and coating are easily possible.

    These outstanding properties place Ultracur3D® RG 3280 in an exceptional position among our other resins. Moreover, despite the high particle loading, the viscosity is kept low, and the settling of particles is limited, making this resin very easy to handle and print. Its high stiffness and temperature resistance make this the perfect material for tooling, molding, and wind tunnel testing.

    The material has a white, ceramic-like color and feel.

    Ultracur3D® RG 9400 B FR distinguishes itself from other flame-retardant materials for having a low viscosity and being very easy to handle and print. The material is halogen free, and in addition to its flame-retardant properties, it has a very high HDT, making it ideal for demanding applications in electronics, custom jigs & fixtures as well as replacement parts for industrial environments.

    The material is available in black.

This feature of Ultracur3D® RG 9400 B FR is making it ideal for demanding applications in electronics like cable holders, electrical connectors, battery housing and high power electrical applications. The material is also suited for custom jigs & fixtures as well as replacement parts for industrial environments with high HDT and ignition sources.
