Whether you need to be able to inject or pour your materials, we have standard formulas for the job and can even custom-formulate for you if we don't have exactly what you need. 

VFI's urethane elastomers are utilized for a handful of part-making projects in a variety of industries. With varying properties, there are materials available to accommodate your unique processing needs, including pourable and injectable options.

VFI's rigid urethane foams are two-component expanding foams available in different densities (PCF). These foams help decrease the cost of producing parts, typically by backfilling hollow or thin parts. We also offer semi-rigid & flexible alternatives.
