A Telsonic sieving system comprises a generator, a converter and an acoustically tuned sieving resonator with installation frame. The generator and converter generate the ultrasonic vibrations and direct them into the sieving resonator. With the Telsonic systems, sonic propagation via the resonator is uniform and widespread.The ultrasound waves cause the screen fabric attached to the screen frame to vibrate. This prevents clogging, increases throughput and improves selectivity. This in turn results in shortened process times and an increased yield of correctly sized screened material – key advantages provided by Telsonic sieving systems.
