In 2020 Accurate Brazing commissioned its first HIP unit at its Garlington Road facility in Greenville, SC to expand thermal processing capabilities and better serve customers by offering multiple post-processing steps performed in one location.

Accurate Brazing further expanded capacity, commissioning a second HIP unit in June 2021.

Both presses, Quintus model QIH 122 M URC, are equipped with Quintus' proprietary uniform rapid cooling feature that improves material properties of parts designed for mission-critical applications that are increasingly produced in the vibrant additive manufacturing environment.

Accurate Brazing, part of the Aalberts Surface Technologies group of US companies, is a full service vacuum heat treating and brazing enterprise with more than 30 years in the business. Over that time we've become adept at heat treating materials that include stainless steel (300 and 400 series), super alloys (Inconel, A286, Rene 41, Waspaloy, Hasteloy, etc.), copper, and refractory materials (Moly,Titanium, Tungsten, and carbon steels). We have also had great success heat treating A, D, and M series tool steels. 

Vacuum heat treating allows for uniform heating and cooling, which minimizes distortion and provides excellent metallurgical properties.

Accurate Brazing has vast experience nickel-brazing honecomb seals for both OEM and repair. Specialites include end-cover, nozzle, and cartridge assemblies for fuel delivery systems. We also process heat exchangers, tube assembiles, medical implants, consumable welding products, and semiconductor equipment.
