Better Edge was established in 1998 with a focus and expertise on reconditioning solid carbide round tooling. Well known throughout the United States and Canada, the Better Edge team has been providing reconditioning services for over 25 years to metalworking end users in the Automotive & Transportation, Aerospace & Defense, Heavy Equipment, Tool Manufacturing, Medical and Energy Industries. Through the success of our reconditioning program Better Edge has expanded into custom solution specials for our customers with application specific tooling needs. By optimizing geometry and having our own in house coating capabilities we provide our customers with high performance tooling and exceptional lead times. Better Edge also offers its own line of Drills with our patented "Bat Wing" point geometry that has shown fantastic results in steels, stainless steels, and irons.
