In our booth, you'll find the space optimizing WVT-190 Series machine from WSI. With the ability to be customized to meet your shop's specific needs, this machine can be equipped with a 4,000 rpm A2-6 or A2-8 spindle, which is firmly supported at both ends with a stable base, to ensure spindle rigidity and increasing machining performance. It also offers 13.9” x 11” XZ travels, with rapids hitting 1,181 ipm on the X-Axis and 787 ipm on the Z-Axis. For multiple machines, there is enough depth of the machine to accommodate gantry type parts loaders and other peripheral equipment, such as infeed, transfer, and outfeed devices.

The WVT-190’s compact machine structure leaves you with a footprint of 39” wide and 104” deep, allowing maximum shop floor optimization.

  The WVT-190 series machines are customized to meet your shop’s specific needs, from the spindle to an optional automatic workpiece changer. This machine can be equipped with a 4,000 rpm A2-6 or A2-8 spindle, which is firmly supported at both ends with a stable base, to ensure spindle rigidity and increasing machining performance. It also offers 13.9” x 11” XZ travels, with rapids hitting 1,181 ipm on the X-Axis and 787 ipm on the Z-Axis.

  WSI has a patented gang-type, eight-tool turret on this machine, effectively overcoming the defects of a time-consuming tool change on conventional turrets. This machine was specifically designed for maximizing production time, with this specially designed turret improving tool change speed and loading capacity.
