  • MA377 Solid Carbide End Mill

    The Tool: Solid carbide milling cutter for machining titanium & stainless steels

    • Developed to machine all ISO S and M materials at the highest level
    • Cutting diameter: 1/8”–1-1/4”
    • Flutes: 4, 5 & 6
    • Cylindrical shank
    • Available with or without chip-splitters
    • Available with standard and reduced neck

    Applications:  For use in slotting, peripheral milling, trochoidal & high efficiency milling in Titanium and Stainless Steel, also highly effective in steel applications

    • Long OAL with reduced neck for clearing walls while reaching into deep pockets

    Coatings:

    • WJ30EN (AlCrSiN+)    AlCrSiN+ is an excellent coating for high abrasive wear and heat resistance with a top layer with high hardness and toughness. It has a wide application range and is good in Super Alloys applications. A premium coating for those difficult applications.
    • WJ30EM (AlTiSiN+)    AlTiSiN+ is a very hard coating with a low coefficient of friction. It is best suited for milling Die and Mold Steels. It can also be used in Graphite and some Composites.

    MA375 Solid Carbide End Mill

    The Tool: Solid carbide milling cutter for machining Inconel & nickel based alloys

    • Engineered to machine these heat-resistant superalloys (HRSA) at the highest level
    • Cutting diameter: 1/8”–1”
    • Flutes: 4, 5 & 7
    • Cylindrical shank

    Applications:  For difficult to machine materials such as Inconel and nickel-based materials

    • Variable pitch for reduced chatter and increased productivity
    • 4 flutes for heavy aggressive slotting up to ½” diameter, peripheral milling and trochoidal machining
    • 5 flutes for slotting up to 0.5 x tool diameter, or peripheral milling and trochoidal machining with up to 7% engagement
    • 7 flutes designed for all hardness levels, hard Inconel and dynamic milling
