This Auto-Coupler offers a variety of ways to couple your fixture and power source. Whether you are manually loading parts, or full robot automation - when you need to energize your pallet look to Vektek’s New Auto-coupler.
Vektek’s Auto-coupler gives you flexibility and control. The Auto-coupler has two clamp/unclamp circuits per pallet which offers the use of other Vektek components giving you the ability to sequence and pressure reduce clamps on your fixture. In addition, two independent air pass-thru circuits are available and give you the option of part present sensing and part confirmation. Vektek’s Auto-coupler gives you the flexibility to help your shop grow in efficiency.
VEKTEK’S AUTO-COUPLER OFFERS:
- Mechanical closure and lock are actuated with pneumatics.
- Mechanical lock SEPARATES & holds hydraulic force.
- Two clamp/unclamp circuits with cartridge style pilot operated check valves - Hydraulic circuits with SAE6/Manifold ports conveniently located on the back or bottom of Auto-coupler.
- Two independent air pass thru circuits - with 1/8 NPT / manifold ports on the back or bottom of Auto-coupler.
- Integrated air blow off and filtration are included.
- Accumulators needed for any decoupled circuit.
