NSK America Corp. offers electric and pneumatically driven Ultra-Precision High Speed Spindle Systems up to 160,000 RPM that can be retrofitted to your existing Machining Centers, Turning Centers, Swiss Style Machines and Robots and special application machines. All NSK Spindles have an accuracy of <1 micron. Our control units have the ability to be interfaced with a machine's CNC controller. Our new i-Speed5 is an Electrically driven, fully tool changeable, 60K or 80K RPM system. NSK America also offers a complete line of handheld micro grinders and polishing equipment with speeds up to 320,000 RPM as well as an Ultra Sonic Polisher and Ultra Sonic Cutter.
