Iscar is a full solution cutting tool company providing innovative products for fast metal removal. We have technical staff located in all the major industrial markets so support for a specific application or for large project review on site at your facility is easily scheduled. Iscar offers a variety of digital information to facilitate use of the product in an efficient way. Our information conforms to the ISO13399 standard. At Southtec 2023, on display will be our recent introduction of advanced feed mills, quick change swiss tooling, replaceable drill heads with material specific geometries as well as a new line of economical round tools.
Also on display is our new miniature indexable milling line. We have both 90 degree end mill and feed mill styles as small as 5/6” diameter. These tools were designed for near net shape parts or parts with minimal DOC requirement. The “right sized” tools are good solution for light cuts. Inserts can be indexed wither 3 or 4 times.
