• Industry Leading Machine Monitoring Platform Scytec DataXchange, Opens Westec 2023 with Advanced Smart Factory Innovations (Sep 07, 2023)

  Greenwood Village, CO September 7th, 2023: Scytec Consulting Incorporated’s flagship machine monitoring platform DataXchange is on display at Westec 2023 in booth 1924 with an assortment of new features for modern manufacturers around the world to evolve their shop floor. The Real-Time Viewer (RTV) has assisted shop floors and DataXchange end users for years by accommodating personnel with useful manufacturing charts and dashboards based on real-time machine performance. The Real-Time Viewer (RTV) is now included inside the Data Display browser-based reporting application with all the previously created user charts. This is a benefit for end users who now have the option of viewing their custom manufacturing charts through more streamlined, portable, and expanded means.

   

  2022 saw the initial release of CNC Machine Connect, the integration between CGTech VERICUT and Scytec DataXchange. Westec attendees are encouraged to stop by the Scytec booth to see the newest feature in CNC Machine Connect called CNC Machine Monitoring, which establishes a live connection to CNC machines on the shop floor and allows end users to stream and monitor shop floor equipment in real-time. CNC Machine Connect supports a host of machine protocol types including Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, and Okuma.

  
  Another exciting development for DataXchange end users is the option for added cloud security. Scytec now offers DataXchange Secure Cloud for DataXchange users through AWS GovCloud. The benefits of the Scytec DataXchange Secure Cloud include safeguarding sensitive data and providing a Cloud solution that meets the requirements of industry regulations. DataXchange Secure Cloud is specifically designed to meet the compliance and security requirements of customers beyond the standard Commercial Cloud offerings.
