HIWIN’s LMXK Linear Motor Stage is a high quality, low-maintenance, quick delivery solution equipped with a powerful and synchronous iron-core linear motor providing high thrust density and low cogging force. LMXK Linear Motor Stages are built in the USA for quick delivery using proven HIWIN components, including the Q series linear guideway with SyncMotion™ which offers μm-level accuracy as well as quiet and ultra-smooth movement. They are capable of delivering high force (308 N – continuous, 868 N – peak), high speed – 5G’s of acceleration (max. 50 m/s² – no load condition) and high velocity (5 m/s – no load condition), along with stroke lengths up to 3,700mm, making them a viable component worthy of integrating into your company’s application.
Based on your system requirements and preferences, a trio of encoder options are available to select from, including: hall effect, optical or magnetic. An aluminum cover and extended lubrication can also be added as options.
