AutoPlan, a manufacturing execution system which does what
Microsoft Project can do with one job, but handles the entire resource base and workload of a company. When combined with AutoTrack, AutoPlan constantly communicates with all equipment in real-time, logging hours to each task automatically.
SmartAlert is the InFocus framework for the automation of a given criteria to a dynamic response. This
condition monitoring software works via PLC data, sensors or R.E.R.'s IIoT device. It can be used as the
basis for preventive maintenance and includes a notification system to send email or text message alerts
based on simple or complex criteria. As an example of an alert based on complex criteria, a plant owner may wish to be notified when the feed-rate override percentage of a machine drops below 90% (1st condition), for X number of minutes (2nd condition), while using a specific tool (3rd condition)
for any machine, or for a specific machine (that specific machine would be the 4th condition).
