Designed to combat the common challenge of “work hardening” effect and the disappointing cutting tool performance of many stainless steel components/weldments, Mastercut Tool’s new NX Series Burs utilize a unique approach to reducing friction and heat input while providing an impressive increase in Material Removal Rates with greatly reduced operator fatigue. Mastercut Tool’s NX burs are available in shapes A, C, D, E, F, G, H and L, from 5/16” to ½” diameter X ¼” shanks or metric versions of 8mm to 12.7mm X 6mm shank. Induction-mating to heavy duty polished alloy steel shanks and 100% NDT tested for solder joint integrity via computerized harmonic resonance testing ensures the ultimate in solder-joint integrity.

Pro+ Endmills are class-leading, solid carbide endmills produced with premium carbide and a choice of two upgraded nanocomposite PVD coatings, nACo or nACRo.

They are available in 4, 5, 6 and 7 flute, center-cutting versions in Square End, Radiused Corner and Ball End. Variable helix models offered in 4, 5 and 7 flute, along with 5 and 6 flute options in non-variable X 45° helix for heat-sensitive, non-ferrous materials such as stainless steel and titanium.

A universal high performance 2 flute carbide drill with a very broad-spectrum application range, available in 3, 5 and 8 X’s diameter versions, our Hurricane Drills are available as solid carbide or coolant-through. Hurricane Drills are offered in diameters of 3mm to 20mm.

Utilizing a 30° flute helix and 140° drill point, with linear facets to the outside reinforced corners, the Hurricane Drill offers the most rugged option in alloy steels.

Built to European DIN 6537 common-shank standards, the Hurricane Drills are available as uncoated or coated with our proven PowerA PVD-AlTiN coating.
