Our new Gearbox HT2 printer was developed to print these ultra-polymers and to be an open-materials offset to the more established closed-sourced legacy companies in this space. The HT2 was created by people who understand both 3D printing and 3D filament. The HT2 was designed to print large scale, fast, and accurately all at once, without the ridiculous price tag of closed-source systems.

Our new FD1 (Filament Dryer) and FM1 (Filament Maintainer) machines are a much-needed solution to the problem of materials absorbing moisture, which causes major issues in printing.

The FD1 (Filament Dryer) includes two shelving options, to meet the specific needs of the customer. The Full Chamber Shelving Kit is intended for smaller reels, when not as much capacity is needed. These racks can also handle higher temperatures, so should the oven be used at temperatures above 150°C, the stainless steel racks should be used.

The FM1 (Filament Maintainer) utilizes state-of-the-art drying technology that ensures your filament stays dry and ready to print. Holds up to 50kg of filament on two storage racks – accommodates 0.5kg through 10kg reel sizes. Filament can be fed directly from FM1 to your printer through ports designed for easy access. Automatic drying system works to keep chamber air at -40°C dewpoint to ensure a dry storage environment with programmable alarm to alert at specified high/low humidity levels.
