AutoTrack is a machine monitoring platform with the unique ability to track jobs and tasks automatically, not just machine data. The capabilities do not stop at machine uptime, and job information, it can also track tools used, temperatures, part count, material type, etc. Any digital information available anywhere (CAD, CAM, Machine, ERP), can be captured and reported on. The job tracking component has brought information to the Tooling industry that has never before been possible, and allowed our customers to accurately understand their job costing.
AutoPlan is a state-of-the-art MES. What Microsoft project does with 1 job, AutoPlan does with the entire workload of a company, automatically. AutoPlan understands each resource capability and knows what work can, and cannot, be performed on it. The complexity of aligning hundreds of thousands of tasks on resources with varying capabilities is impossible for a human being to efficiently navigate, but it is ideal for the AutoPlan computer system. When combined with InFocus AutoTrack, AutoPlan will be in constant communication with all the equipment in real-time, logging hours to the correct task each and every time, again automatically.
