Small power package for High Purity requirements
The two-stage Power Jet COMPACT CNp system barely takes up 43 square feet of
space and – in addition to the cleaning processes of CNp and ultrasound – has the
necessary drying performance for higher demands. This can be implemented either
as hot air drying or as combined infrared vacuum drying.

GENERAL FEATURES:
» Treatment chamber for products up to a batch size of 600 x 400 x
300 mm and weights up to 150 kg.
» Circulation with integrated full-flow filtration with filter units down
to 0.5 μm.
CONFIGURABLE IN TWO VERSIONS:
» Modul 1 „Clean“: range of application from final cleaning of classic
fine cleaning requirements after processing to pre-cleaning tasks
for high-purity cleanroom applications. With coalescence gravity
separator or DI water circulation.
» Modul 2 „Pure“: for adaptation to a grey room or clean room and
with connection for an on-site ultrapure water supply (module „High
Purity“).
»UPW-Modul „HighPurity“: Circulation-capable ultrapure water
supply and extension of the Pure variant. With pre-tempered
ultrapure water. Can be integrated into the plant system in terms
of process technology both as a media supply and as a fully-fledged
additional rinsing system.
» Modules 1 and 2 can be equipped with intermediate steam rinsing.
This serves to reduce cross-contamination from the cleaning to the
rinsing process.
» If the three modules are combined (Clean - Pure - High Purity),
an up to 7-stage ultra-fine cleaning and rinsing process with
subsequent low-contamination drying can be realised using the
integrated steam rinsing via a standard plant system.
» The media flows at all 3 modules are monitored by sensors.
» Connection to online service, remote maintenance systems and
cloud-based LPW dashboard for backup of process values and
evaluations possible.
