Audiology Practice Standards Organization (APSO)
Standards are the foundation of clinical practice. By standardizing our practices, audiologists promote greater continuity of care, ease coordination of care with other providers, establish expectations for the public and provide a common foundation for professional education and licensing. Audiology Practice Standards Organization is developing standards for the profession of audiology. Standards are developed by subject matter experts and subject to public review by the the entire profession. Our standards are kept current and are freely accessible to all.
