The package includes one set of lab-quality clear retainers, one set of 3D printed models, and FREE overnight shipping back to your office. If your office already has cases set to ship out, adding a Wicked Quick 24 Hour Essix Solution package to your batch will secure free overnight shipping for the entire batch.

New: Choose to return Wicked Quick package to your office, or ship directly to your patient from the lab!

Simply check “Return to Patient”, and enter your patient’s address in your RX Wizard prescription. Their Wicked Quick 24 Hour Essix Solution package will be shipped from the lab within 24 hours of prescription submission, and sent with free overnight shipping to the provided address. Shipping is available to the USA only, and regretfully, not to PO boxes.

Prescription must be submitted by 3pm EST through RX Wizard to qualify for next day shipping. Prescriptions not submitted by 3pm EST will ship the following business day. NEOLab holds proudly to its reputation as the leader in digital orthodontics, and the introduction of our patent-pending design process and 3D Metal appliances are no exception. This premium option is designed entirely on the intraoral scan prior to printing. As a result, the precision of 3D Metal appliances is untouchable, and can be measured within a new microns.

3D printed bands are individually designed without interproximal or subgingival interference, making separators (and their appointments) a thing of the past. As a result of the layered printing process, 3D bands also feature a natural etching that creates a optimal bonding surface for your cement of choice.

Each 3D Metal appliance is printed in chromium cobalt, a premium alloy that increases strength and avoids any nickel allergies or sensitivities.

Welcome to a premium experience! 3D Metal from NEOLab includes bands and appliances that are CAD/CAM designed directly on the intraoral scan, and 3D Printed in ultra-strong chromium cobalt. Our patent-pending design process digitally creates bands that have a custom fit without subgingival or interproximal interference – NO SPACERS and no band fitting required.

Use 3D bands with any of your favorite fixed appliances, or allow us to entirely design and print certain appliances to eliminate welded joints, essentially eliminating breakage!

The 3D printing process creates a naturally etched bonding surface, ensuring these bands stay in place until you decide it’s time for them to move.
