The business of orthodontics is rapidly changing. It is critical that every doctor surround themselves with a
team of partners. Peniche & Associates works with your practice to develop a team that plays at an
executive level and is an extension of the doctor’s vision. We create specific interoffice departments and
train team leads to create benchmarks and standards. The doctor and the practice executive will be trained
to understand statistical trends, identify strengths and weaknesses, and know when to celebrate. With
management meetings, weekly check-ins, and daily praise the practice executive will build a culture of
support, energy and passion for the doctor’s vision.
CASE ACCEPTANCE & NEW PATIENT PROCESS
We know what it takes to create an exceptional Treatment Coordinator and we have the techniques that
increase case acceptance. We have all the tools necessary to transform the new patient experience, from the
initial call to the Meet & Greet to the first visit and beyond. Our proprietary and extraordinary case
acceptance system is patient-centered and produces incredible results! This program relies on our
comprehensive in-office visits, during which we review all of your systems, services, programs, marketing
efforts and attitudes to determine the best course of action to increase your production and starts. Then,
we train your TC to succeed, inspire your staff to be patient-centered and service-oriented and put our plan
into action to meet your vision, and it works! Our training will focus on the key areas that are instrumental
in reshaping your practice.
MARKETING & BRANDING
At Peniche & Associates, we believe in making the patient our first priority and utilizing marketing outlets
that speak directly to our patients, our professional partners and our communities. We understand that
successful marketing is a perfect blend of your individual practice, your patients and your community.
Together we will focus on helping you to communicate the value of all you have to offer through written
materials, professional relations, good neighbor programs, patient and community events and charitable
involvement. We will help you set benchmarks for achieving your end goal, analyze your practice statistics,

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
At Peniche & Associates, we look at financial management differently. We believe that smart financing is an
effective marketing tool in reaching your patients and gaining referrals. These systems don't need to be
unfriendly. Establishing effective policies, educating the patient from the start and being consistent with
these steps will reduce the chances of delinquency. Your time is better spent pursuing patient relationships,
building your business and taking care of your current clientele, rather than collecting debts. We will help
you to create effective systems proven to reduce delinquency, all while strengthening relationships and
promoting good will amongst your patients.
SCHEDULING
A doctor's time is valuable and that's why we want to help your office manage doctor time and create a
schedule that works for you and your patients. When you can properly manage the doctor's time, you can
adequately staff each day. With the appropriate schedule in place, each staff member has the ability and the
time to take excellent care of each patient. Your patients are happy because their appointments run on
schedule and these happy patients refer friends. Not only that, but with a workable schedule, it is easy to
