Suresmile Clear Aligners combine superior diagnosis and treatment planning capabilities through the cloud based Suresmile software platform. Suresmile Aligners offer advances on the 4 key metrics of Aligner Therapy; Modeling, Set-Ups, Staging and Aligner Fabrication. Suresmile also allows  Flexibilty for In House Aligner design and fabrication and digital bracket removal.

• Modeling; 2D & 3D record registration renders a 3D model and smile photo registered to the patients natural head position for optimal smile design; and supports more biologically achievable outcomes for efficient treatment. Additionally, only suresmile can combine STL and CBCT modeling to design and delivery of Aligner cases with Roots, Bone and Gingiva for optimal outcomes.
• Set-ups; Flexibility for Digial Lab assisted and Doctor set ups. Doctor preferrences on set-ups can be customized and saved for future use, or customized per patient. Doctor is in control of location for slits or cut-outs for buttons and elastics. Pontics are automatically calculated, but can be adjusted as well. The Suresmile Digital Lab Technicians are some of the most highly skilled and experienced in the industry.
• Staging; Doctor controlled preferrences for staging order of movement, and labial and lingual attachments are fully adjustable on the tooth, and can be added or removed any time during treatment. IPR is also under control of the clinician, regarding timing and sizing.
• Aligner; Suresmile aligners are fabricated using a combination of 3D printed models and robotically controlled lasers for both Straight line or Scalloped Trim lines. Straight line trim height is controlled by the doctor as well, and can be standardized for all cases or changed for each individual case. Suresmile aligners are thermoformed for quality fit and function.

Suresmile Advanced Platform offers the Orthodontist a "Single Source" digital platform for Digital Lab Assisted and Doctor Set up Aligners, Robotically Bent Labial and Lingual Archwires for all Class of Case types, using both CBCT and STL images for the most accurate models and appliances.

As the ONLY  customized fixed appliance (custom archwires) and removeable appliance (aligners) system, Suresmile Advanced offers the orthodontist a "single platform" that is "cloud based", with a comprehensive digital toolset for ALL Class of Malocclusions, with additional cability for design and delivery of appliances for Surgical, Restorative and Implant cases to co-treatment plan with your referring Dental professionals.

Suresmile Wire cases have been proven in independent studies, to achieve better or equal quality finishes in 30% or less treatment tim while effectively achieving desired tooth movements, in a bracket agnostic system...

Suresmile Wires are custom designed, per patient, based on image capture at scan (STL or CBCT or Both) with brackets on...then the Orthodontist plans the final "target" finish position.

• The Suresmile software Algorithms calculate all movements into one wire.
• From that point, the Orthodontist can decide on which Wire Cross-sections and "types" to "sequence" to treat out the remainder of the case.
• Additonally, the Orthodontist can plan and design into their desited adjustments to torque, Curve of Spee or Wilson, etc...as well as "specific" degrees of "expression" into exact segments of the wire, to biomechanically position the crowns and roots (w CBCT) to the optimal target finish

Wire Aligner Hyrbrid and Combination Cases

Suresmile Advanced Platform users are the ONLY orthodontics able to co-treatment plan, design and deliver Custom Archwires both Labial and Lingual, together with Suresmile Aligners for those cases where Orthodontics desire to "Combine" Fixed and Removeable Treatment modalities....and also utilize 3D models that combine "active"  Roots, Bone and Gingiva on the models, that are used to fabricate the Suresmile appliances.

SureSmile VPro is an orthodontic acceleration device that uses high-frequency vibration (HFV) at 130 Mhz.

When used with orthodontic treatment for 5 minutes a day, the device delivers gentle vibrations that may reduce discomfort, improve aligner tracking, and  tooth movement.

The device will now be included in the SureSmile Complete Case offering, the comprehensive aligner package, and is also available to order as a standalone product.
