EAGLEi is an online portal providing you and your IT resources with on-demand access to relevant cybersecurity data and actionable information delivered through the Cloud.  Current network vulnerabilities, computer asset inventory and email breach notifications are just some examples of the data you can access via EAGLEi.

Black Talon will continuously push important security data alerts and updates through EAGLEi.

A CSA is a comprehensive assessment of your operations and is designed to help you better understand where you have operational risk.  Some examples of typical high-risk areas are remote access, email, and backup solutions. Understanding your entire “attack surface” is critical when implementing an effective security solution.

Black Talon will provide a comprehensive questionnaire to you and your IT resources to uncover potential operational risk.  Clients who invest the time and effort implementing our recommended changes are always “more secure” following a CSA.

Our Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) utilize their years of experience in the cybersecurity field to make “Best Practice” recommendations following the CSA to help ensure that you are better securing your entire practice.

We conduct three types of vulnerability scans for your practice:

1. Firewall/Modem Scans – Our security servers will test your firewalls and modems at least once a month looking for vulnerabilities that hackers can exploit. The results of these scans will be provided in EAGLEi on a monthly basis. If a high-risk vulnerability is detected, Black Talon will reach out to your IT resources regarding next steps.
    
2. Internet of Things (IoT) and Peripheral Scans – Once a year, our security team will need to access your network to deploy our virtual scanning tool. This tool tests devices like: printers, phones, cameras, smart TVs, thermostats, copiers, etc. for vulnerabilities. The results of these scans will be provided in EAGLEi.
    
3. Windows, MAC and Linux Computer Scans – Our security tools will scan your computers every six hours for vulnerabilities and report back to Black Talon. The results of these scans will be provided in EAGLEi on a monthly basis. If a high-risk vulnerability is detected, Black Talon will reach out to your IT resources regarding next steps.
