The Emergency Medicine Network (EMNet) is an international research collaboration that includes 245 medical centers and aims to advance public health objectives through diverse projects in emergency care. EMNet is based at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA and focuses on three areas of research: respiratory/allergy emergencies, health services research, and other public health projects.

EMNet has created a publicly-available smartphone app – findERnow – to help users quickly find the closest EDs, anywhere in the US.
