- Last day to reduce/cancel space. The following cancellation penalty schedule applies:
- Cancel prior to January 30, 2022 – 25% penalty fee
- Cancel between January 30 – June 1 – 50% penalty fee
- Full payment for exhibit space balance due
After June 1
- No refunds issued for cancellations or reductions

- Online service kits made available to exhibitors paid in full
