Position Your Company for AES 2024
Want a strategic location on the AES 2024 exhibit floor in Los Angeles? Each year, AES exhibitors are invited to select their booths in order of the number of priority points they have accumulated. The more points you earn, the more choice you have in your booth location.
More Points = More Housing Choices
Group hotel reservations for 2024 in Los Angeles will be staged according to 2023 recognition levels. Benefactors, Leaders, Partners, and Supporters—in that order—will have first pick of rooms, followed by Contributors, Advocates, and Patrons (combined as one group) prior to the general opening for group hotel reservations. Booth payments must be up to date to participate.
How to Earn Priority Points
- Participation Points: 1 point for each year of exhibiting since 2003. Only these points carry over to next year. Exhibitors who do not exhibit two years in a row may lose all participation points.
- 2023 Booth Size Points: 1 point per 100 square feet
- 2023 Housing Points: Earn 3 priority points for booking at least two rooms (two-night minimum each) per 100 square feet of exhibit space within the official AES hotel block by early October.

$500,000 and over = 13 points
$250,000 to $499,999 = 10 points
$100,000 to $249,999 = 7 points
$50,000 to $99,999 = 5 points
$25,000 to $49,999 = 3 points
$10,000 to $24,999 = 2 points
$5000 to $9999 = 1 point

Please note: Exhibitors in the Epilepsy Resource Area do not earn priority points. AES makes all booth assignments in the Epilepsy Resource Area for approved exhibitors.
