The following categories of exhibitors and sponsors will receive the AES 2023 registrant mailing list (postal addresses only; no email addresses) on or about Friday, November 10, 2023, and again on or about Friday, January 5, 2024.

Please note that AES never provides email addresses for members or meeting registrants. If you receive an offer to purchase a list of AES member or registrant emails, it is unauthorized and fraudulent. Please inform jsearle@aesnet.org.
Rules for Using the Complimentary Registrant List
- The contact indicated in the chart above will receive a link to the mailing list in an email that includes the rules for using the list.
- The pre-meeting registration list may be used once and only once for each category that entitled you to receive the list.
- The post-meeting registration list may be used once and only once for each category that entitled you to receive the list.
- If you received the list for multiple categories, your mailing must relate to the category that entitled you to receive the list. For example, if you received the list for your booth, a product theater, and a scientific exhibit, you may not use it to send three mailings in support of your product theater. In this example, you can only mail one product theater promotion before the meeting, and one that uses themes from your product theater after the meeting.
- Mailings using the pre-registration list must be mailed no later than Monday, November 27, 2023. Mailings using the final registration list must be mailed no later than Friday, February 23, 2024.
- All mailings must be approved by AES by sending final art to jsearle@aesnet.org and allowing three business days for a response.
Renting the AES Member Mailing List
AES does not offer additional uses of the registrant mailing list for purchase. However, rental of the AES membership mailing list is available to qualified companies and organizations.
Approximately 70% (nearly 3700) AES members are epilepsy clinicians and scientists. Nearly 10% are international members.
Each rental of the membership mailing list is for one-time use. Only postal addresses are included. Email addresses and telephone numbers are not provided.
To rent the member mailing list, complete this form, including a complete and final copy of the item to be mailed (brochure, flyer, pamphlet, outer envelope, reply device if any, etc). AES will review the purpose of the mailing and the actual materials to be mailed before approving list rental requests. Pricing information is on the form.
