Industry-Supported Symposium
Are you looking to put your speaker or your topic on the AATS program? A symposium is a perfect opportunity for you. You choose the program. You choose the faculty. You choose if CME is offered. If you are interested in a symposium, please contact us at industry@aats.org.
Important Notes:
- Symposia are considered any function in which scientific material is presented to 20 or more physicians, whether CME is provided or not.
- AATS rules, guidelines, and fees still apply to symposia held offsite.
- Symposia sponsors must be exhibitors.
Benefits:
- One (1) meeting bag insert (8.5”x11” or smaller. Must be approved by AATS.)
- Sponsor may purchase Lead retrieval services
- All symposia details must be coordinated directly between the company and the Convention Center. Any significant changes must be approved by the AATS Administrative Office prior to final arrangements being made with the hotel. Audiovisual will be set in the room, a floorplan has been attached for your reference. Note* Food and beverage arrangements/fees are at the responsibility of the company. Company must order food for your symposium.
- Sponsor may place one 22” X 28” sign in the meeting registration area.
- Sponsor may place one 22” X 28” sign outside meeting room location.
- Sponsor to supply signage; easels will be provided by AATS.
- AATS will also provide plexi-pocket on each of your signs to hold literature, if desired.
- One (1) HTML industry eblast highlighting your symposium.
- Company to submit HTML file eblast to AATS for approval.
- AATS to send out on company’s behalf 1-2 weeks out from meeting on available date.
- Additional Sponsorship Level Benefits
- By purchasing any of the sponsorship opportunities, companies will receive the additional benefits appropriate per sponsorship level depending on overall spend. Review the Sponsorship Level Benefits.
Luncheon Symposia at the Los Angeles Convention Center: $65,000
- 12:00-1:00PM, Saturday, May 6 – 5 spots available (Must be Silver Level Sponsor or higher-$75,000+ before purchasing symposium.)
- 12:15-1:15PM, Monday, May 8 – 3 spots available (Must be Platinum Level Sponsor- $175,000+ before purchasing symposium.)
AATS will provide the room & existing audiovisual set-up will be available to the symposium sponsor. F&B will be the responsibility of the sponsor.
Dinner Symposia at the JW Marriott Hotel: $40,000
- 7:15-8:15PM, Saturday, May 6 – 2 spots available
- 6:15-7:15PM, Sunday, May 7 – 2 spots available
AATS will provide the meeting room. Audiovisual and F&B will be the responsibility of the Sponsor.

Sponsors who have pledged $275,000+ (including exhibit space + other sponsorship opportunities), may sign up for a 2nd symposium! (The 1st symposium you purchase may count toward the $275,000 minimum.) To learn more, contact Caroline Arrington, Industry Relations Manager, at industry@aats.org.
Sponsor must provide artwork in electronic format for approval by AATS. Sponsor will be sent confirmation of opportunity that will include specifications and deadline dates.

AATS reserves the right to revise any aspect of sponsorships to preserve the integrity and professional atmosphere of the meeting. Performance of benefits are subject to ongoing CDC and all local and state government pandemic guidelines on safety. All sponsorship messaging, graphics, etc. are subject to AATS approval.
