CUC Product Theater
Product Theaters are a great opportunity for exhibiting companies to increase interaction with professional attendees while highlighting new products and treatment options through promotional presentations. Product Theaters will be 1 Hour in length and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Benefits:
- Audio/visual package + stage set for up to three presenters (head table for 2; podium). Classroom seating for 350.
- (2) Easels outside of the Product Theater for signage. Sponsor must produce own signage.
- Capture of presentation to include audio feed and slides provided to sponsor for own use post meeting.
- Presentation recordings will be available on-demand approximately 24 hours after the session concludes viewable for 50 days post-event.
- Food and beverage service will be provided within Product Theater area, selections made by the American Diabetes Association.
- Sponsor recognition on all pre-event communications and marketing actions.
- Sponsor recognition on all post-event communications and marketing actions.
- Virtual platform listing with logo recognition (available for 50 days post-event).
- Sponsor recognition on platform homepage.
- Virtual platform listing with logo recognition.
- Recognition in email reminders to access platform.
- 10' x 10' exhibit space included with package; benefits include:
- Two (2) complimentary registrations (In-person or Virtual) to be used at the company’s discretion.
- 8' back drape with 3' side drape
- One (1) draped six-foot table, two chairs and wastebasket.
- Access to a pre-conference attendee preview list before the meeting.
- Opportunity to submit a company description (50-word max) for the virtual platform.
- Free access to Wi-Fi but suggest ordering dedicated service if sharing proprietary information.
- Exhibitors will receive five (5) priority points towards their booth selection for the 86th Scientific Sessions.
- Pre-meeting and on-site promotions of Product Theater schedule; including listing on the ADA Clinical Update Conference website and on-site signage.
Note:
- CME and/or CE credits cannot be earned for participating in a Product Theater.
- Deadlines for all marketing touch points to be included in specifications and deadlines.
- Product Theater presenters do not receive complimentary registration. Please check with your presenter(s) regarding their registration needs for the 2025 ADA Clinical Update Conference.
