Booth Fees

For Profit Booths

Corner 10' x 10' Booth (Bound by Front and Side Aisle)         US $2,500

Inline 10' x 10' Booth (Bound by Front Aisle Only)                  US $2,300

  • Includes four full-conference Annual Meeting registrations.
  • Multiple booths may be purchased at the corresponding corner/inline rates.

Nonprofit Booths

Inline 10' x 10' Booth          US $600

  • Includes two full-conference Annual Meeting registrations.
  • Nonprofit organizations must select booths beginning with the letter "N" (located in the top corner). This is a temporary booth location and the permanent booth will be assigned by Show Management. Nonprofits are limited to one (1) 10'x10' space at the nonprofit rate. Additional booth space is available at the for-profit rate. Nonprofit organizations requesting the discounted rate must submit a copy of their tax exempt certificate to SOT_Exhibits@toxicology.org.

Payment Schedule

50% Deposit

The 50% deposit for booth space must be received at SOT Headquarters by July 3, 2020. If the deposit is not received by July 3, 2020, the space may be made available for general sale.

Final Payment

The final payment for booth space must be received at SOT Headquarters by October 23, 2020. If the final payment is not received by October 23, 2020, the space may be made available for general sale.

Cancelation Schedule

Before July 3

If the exhibitor cancels or reduces space between the date the application was received and before July 3, 2020, the company will pay an administrative fee of 10 percent of the canceled booth space as liquidated damages. The exhibitor is responsible for paying the full cost of the revised space.

Between July 3 and October 23

If the exhibitor cancels or reduces space between July 3, 2020, and October 23, 2020 the company will pay an administrative fee of 50 percent of the canceled booth space as liquidated damages. The exhibitor is responsible for paying the full cost of the revised space.

After October 23

If the exhibitor cancels or reduces space after October 23, 2020, the company will pay 100 percent of the total contracted booth space fee as liquidated damages.
