Nonprofit booths will be assigned in January on a space-available basis.

Payment Schedule

50% Deposit

The 50% deposit for booth space must be received at SOT Headquarters by August 6, 2021. If the deposit is not received by August 6, 2021, the space may be made available for general sale.

Final Payment

The final payment for booth space must be received at SOT Headquarters by October 29, 2021. If the final payment is not received by October 29, 2021, the space may be made available for general sale.

Cancelation Schedule

Between August 6 and October 29

If the exhibitor cancels or reduces space between August 6, 2021, and October 29, 2021, the company will pay an administrative fee of 50 percent of the canceled booth space as liquidated damages. The exhibitor is responsible for paying the full cost of the revised space.

After October 29

If the exhibitor cancels or reduces space after October 29, 2021, the company will pay 100 percent of the total contracted booth space fee as liquidated damages.
