Space

What is included in my exhibit space?

  • 8' back wall and 3' side rails made of fabric drape (per 10' x 10')
  • Single-line identification sign
  • SOT Annual Meeting full-conference registrations (See 'Rates')
  • Opportunity to host an Exhibitor-Hosted Session, request meeting space, and rent attendee list

What is not included in my exhibit space but can be ordered?

Any furnishing or services not included above (i.e., carpet, tables, chairs, electricity, audiovisual equipment, lead retrieval, labor, rigging, shipping, material handling, catering, etc.) are not included in the exhibit space rate but can be ordered using the order forms in the Exhibitor Service Manual, available in December 2022. 

What is required in my exhibit space?

All ToxExpo exhibit booths are required to have one continuous piece of carpet OR flooring in place by 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 19.

The exhibit hall is not carpeted. All exhibit space must be carpeted with one, solid piece of carpet or interlocking flooring. Area indoor or outdoor rugs, sheets, or bare concrete are not acceptable. Carpeting or flooring can be provided by either the exhibitor or ordered through the General Service Contractor. All carpeting or flooring (either self-provided or ordered) must be in place by 5:00 PM, Sunday, March 19. If an exhibitor does not provide acceptable flooring for their booth the Senior Exhibits Manager will order the General Service Contractor to lay carpet at the expense of the exhibitor.

Commercial Exhibit Space

Inline 10' x 10' USD $2,500

Corner and Island 10' x 10'  USD $2,700

Nonprofit* and Government Agency Exhibit Space

Inline 10' x 10' USD $700

(two SOT Annual Meeting full-conference registrations are included per 100 square feet)

*Not-for-profit institutes, charities, projects, and other non-business entities according to the US Internal Revenue Service or equivalent if not US-based. Proof of nonprofit status (i.e., tax-exempt certificate or letter of nonprofit authenticity) will be required prior to space assignment. All Nonprofit and Government Agency exhibit space assignments are made at the discretion of the Senior Exhibits Manager, generally in January.

Package

Other than a back wall and side rails, the exhibitor will be responsible for all other furnishings in their exhibit booth. This includes carpet, which is mandatory. You may order a basic booth package or place a customized order through the General Services Contractor. Further information is available in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
