Hotel Room Key Cards $5000*
Your company logo can be imprinted with the Annual Meeting logo on
attendee hotel key cards, which will be provided to each attendee at check in.
(*Fee includes cost of item but excludes any rush fees if selected after May 1st)
Badge Lanyards $3000*
Custom-woven lanyards giving maximum exposure to all attendees
(*Fee excludes cost of item. Estimated cost: $1200–$2250)
Eco-Friendly Meeting Bags $2000*
Environment friendly bags for attendees with meeting logo and your
company logo will be highly visible at the meeting.
(*Fee excludes cost of item. Estimated cost: $3000–$4800)
STP is looking for a company to provide a microscope station for attendees to view and discuss slides during the Annual Symposium. Sponsoring company is given a Pearl Level ($1000) sponsorship recognition for providing the equipment. Tables, chairs and electrical equipment would be provided by STP. Microscope needs to be installed and available to attendees during the open Exhibit hours.
Refreshment Break Sponsor $5,000 each
Six refreshment breaks are available Monday through Thursday .
Morning Breaks- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Afternoon Breaks- Monday and Wednesday
Email Communication $500 each / 3 slots remain
Reach Annual Meeting Attendees via email! This opportunity is available on a first come, first served basis and is sent to all registered Annual Meeting attendees on behalf of the exhibitor via STP. Only five opportunities are available - May 18,

Mobile App Promoted Post/Push Notification $300 each / 5 time slots avaialble
Connect with Annual Meeting attendees through the Mobile App with a Promoted Post/Push Notification. The notification will appear on attendees phones at a designated time with your short message (limited to 140 characters). Posts can include a.png logo sized 640px by 640px. Availability Sunday through Wednesday. One messages per day with no more than one post/message per company, per day. Contact Maureen Bayley to express your interest. All content is due one week prior to the scheduled email, HTML format is preferred.

Note: For items with asterisk, the Marketing opportunities fee does not include cost of item. Estimated costs are listed with each item. Exhibitors are responsible for ordering the items and paying the fees to produce the item. Items must include the STP Logo and the sponsorship company logo. These opportunities are available to 2018 Exhibitors and Sponsors. All items and artwork to be approved by STP prior to production. Items must be received at the JW Marriott Indianapolis no later than Wednesday, June 13.
